Why do I see an error message saying: “Administrator disabled the account”? ❌

That error message suggests that the office owner in your organization most likely deactivated your account. Contact them first to get more information. 

If they have checked and you are the active user, report an issue through the Feedback button inside the app, so we can investigate it for you further.
