Can I invite external guests to my office? 🚪🚶

Yes! 😊 You can invite external guests for most types of external meetings. 

Important - you must be in the room you're inviting the guest to, in order to let them in. 

Click the three dots in the top right corner of a room, copy the room link, and send it to your meeting participants. 

When the guest pastes the link to their browser, they'll need to enter their name and they'll be ready to join your room, no registrations needed.

While waiting to be let in, the guest will see a view similar to the one in the image below:

When they're let in, the guest will see the office layout blurry. We take security of your office and sensitive information very seriously! 🛡️

The guest will be on the call with the host, they won't be able to access any other part of the office, apart from the room that they were invited to.   

If you have enabled the calendar integration, schedule a meeting directly from a room, and the room link will be pre-set in the invite sent.
