When you have your call window open in full screen and you are using Mac, it does happen that the window disappears, after you cover it with the web browser or another app.
To find the call window again, find the Teemyco icon on the taskbar and right click on it. Next on the top you will see the call window listed as the room you are in. Once you click on it, you will bring it back up.
